Basic agent training is your introduction to the real estate industry where you learn methods, gain education and specialty knowledge of a real estate agent.
During basic training, agents learn agency law, codes ethics, real estate contracts, understand the basics of matrix MLS, learn how to work with sellers, buyers and businesses in a real estate transaction.
Agents will gain an in-dept understanding on finding and showing property, making and receiving offers, and the skills necessary to negotiate and close a deal.
