Education for Real Estate Licensees
PRE-LICENSE PROGRAM
A sales associate AKA a real estate agent requires completing a approved 63-hour pre-license program including a final exam.
POST-LICENSE PROGRAM
A sales associate must complete a 45-hour post-license program prior to the expiration date of their license period.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
All active or inactive broker or associates are required to complete 14 hours of Commission-approved continuing education every two years.
